V-Guard Industries fixes record date for final dividend

V-Guard Industries has fixed 31 July 2025 as record date for payment of final dividend of Rs 1.50 per share of Re 1 each for FY 2024-25. The dividend, if approved, shall be paid on or before 05 September 2025.
